The decision of the Interuniversity Academic Coordination Board (ÜAKK) dated November 21, 2023 is given below.

Provided that it is produced from a doctoral thesis, one research article with an acceptance letter or DOI number in journals covered by the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-Expanded) and Arts and Humanities Citation Index (AHCI) is required to have an early appearance or published. However, for the Law program providing education in Turkish, it is required to have published at least two articles in the journals determined by the Interuniversity Academic Coordination Board (ÜAKK) considering similar practices in Turkey in the field related to the doctoral thesis.
